Matthew (Matt) Foster is a Senior Wealth Advisor at The Colony Group, where he focuses primarily on serving multigenerational families with complex estate, wealth, and investment management needs. Matt specializes in understanding client goals and leveraging and implementing Colony’s comprehensive solutions to meet client needs. Matt is also Co-chair of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.
Prior to joining Colony, Matt was a Senior Client Relationship Manager at a prestigious multi-family office, where he managed the coordinated delivery of wealth management services to clients. Matt is a former Vice President, Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust Company where he spent six years focusing on financial, estate and philanthropic planning.
Earlier in his career, Matt served as an in-house attorney at Perry Ellis International and Editorial Assistant at The Boston Globe.
Matt received his BA from Northeastern University, JD / MBA from the University of Miami and is admitted to practice law in the states of California and Florida. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Westchester and is also a Certified Financial Planner™.
