Bringing Possibilities Within Reach

Giving back to our communities is a priority and privilege as we seek to bring meaning and joy to the lives of others. As individuals and as a company, we invest our time, expertise and funds to bring more possibilities within reach — helping to find a cure for disease, ending homelessness and hunger, funding initiatives that promote a more just world. We support our employees giving back to our communities by providing them with time off to volunteer and bolstering their own charitable donations.

Community-Powered

Employee-Driven Charitable Impact

We continue to build an expansive charitable impact among principals and employees through pledged giving and through our Colony Cares Charitable Fund.

Additionally, our leadership and advisors have proudly served significant roles on charitable boards across the country, such as the National Brain Tumor Society, the Make-a-Wish Foundation, and The Boomer Esiason Foundation.

Employees Support Junior Achievement

The Colony Group employees volunteer their time and skills to support Junior Achievement in its mission to enhance financial literacy among young people. Our employees will be in classrooms throughout their communities where we operate, teaching financial concepts to the next generation. Together with Junior Achievement, The Colony Group is leveraging the skills, experiences, and enthusiasm of its employees to make a positive contribution to students. We are proud to partner with Junior Achievement, one of the most impactful youth-serving organizations in America.

Employees Advocate for The National Brain Tumor Society

Giving back to the National Brain Tumor Society is one way The Colony Group employees volunteer. NBTS unrelentingly invests in, mobilizes, and unites the brain tumor community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and caregivers. Through financial donations, raising awareness, participating in fundraisers, and more, we are proud to sponsor and support NBTS.

Through our Colony Cares Charitable Fund, we raise money and donate to various charities throughout the year.
