As a Senior Family Wealth Advisor and Principal at The Colony Group, Indrika provides clients with financial planning services while also helping the firm develop and refine Family Office services. She is a financial professional with more than 15 years of experience in the wealth management industry.

Indrika primarily serves ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners, and their families. In her current position, she focuses on all areas of planning and has a particular interest in helping business owners transition wealth from one generation to the next while preparing the next generation to receive and be responsible stewards of their inherited wealth.

Indrika served as a Senior Family Wealth Advisor at Harvest Capital Management prior to their merger with The Colony Group in 2019. Previously, she was a Family Office Advisor at Daintree Advisors, LLC, and a Client Service Consultant at Wells Fargo Family Wealth and Calibre Advisory Services, Inc. in Boston where she worked directly with clients and their advisors to help clients understand, implement, and achieve their financial goals. She also worked in corporate and retail banking at ANZ Grindlays Bank in Sri Lanka.

Indrika is a member of the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, President of the Keene Endowment Association, serves on the Board of Spaulding Academy & Family Service, and Co-chair of The Colony Group’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

She earned a Master of Science degree in Financial Planning with honors from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Keene State College. In addition, she has held the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification since 2008.

Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family, learning to play guitar, baking and decorating cakes, and reading. Indrika is originally from Sri Lanka.  She is married to Nissanka, and together they have a daughter, Shaya.
