Jeff is a Senior Wealth Advisor and a Principal of The Colony Group. He counsels clients in all areas of financial planning and executive benefits and specializes in tax planning and return preparation. Jeff is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional and an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He is a co-author of the book, Personal Financial Planning for Executives and Entrepreneurs: The Path to Financial Peace of Mind.
Before joining the firm, Jeff was a Financial Advisor for American Express Financial Advisors where he worked with clients to develop financial plans. Previously, he held NASD Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses. He is a 6-time winner of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award, as published by Boston Magazine.*
Jeff earned a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Colgate University. He is an active member of the Colgate University Alumni Corporation. Jeff lives on the South Shore of Massachusetts with his wife and two children and enjoys participating in triathlons, skiing, and traveling.
