Jon is the Vice President of Business Operations at the firm, where he provides operational, administrative, technological, and human resources support. He works closely with Colony’s administrative and operational teams to ensure that the needs of our staff and clients are met efficiently and in line with the company’s values.
Jon is a logistics guru and is well versed in creating and streamlining procedures and processes. He approaches each project with curiosity and empathy and takes proactive steps to mitigate potential issues.
Before joining The Colony Group, Jon was the Operations Manager at Swanee Hunt Alternatives, a Cambridge based nonprofit organization, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations, facilities, and vendor management.
Jon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Keene State College. Outside of the office, he is an avid outdoor enthusiast and loves hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and running.
