Latrell Williams is an Associate Counsel at The Colony Group. Latrell supports the Legal and Compliance team where he assists with the legal management of The Colony Group’s investment funds, advisory contracts, policy updates, and other legal matters.
Prior to joining The Colony Group, Latrell was a Corporate Associate at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP. Previously, he was also a Corporate Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP where he worked on a wide range of transactions and legal matters such as mergers and acquisitions, early-stage financings for emerging growth companies, joint-ventures, as well as the formation and management of investment funds.
Latrell Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from The University of Virginia School of Law. He was also admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Outside of the office, Latrell enjoys playing strategy games, fencing, and anything science fiction or fantasy.
