Stephanie Solakian Goldstein is Chief Marketing Officer at The Colony Group. Stephanie leads the marketing team and collaborates with colleagues across the firm to develop impactful, sophisticated, innovative, creative, integrated, and measurable marketing communications and client engagement tools to support and drive The Colony Group’s mission and vision, and reinforce and promote the firm’s values. 

Stephanie is also a member of the Colony Group’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, and is on the leadership team for the firm’s Net Positive Pledge and Her Wealth efforts. 

Prior to joining The Colony Group, and for most of her career, Stephanie led the marketing and communications initiatives for Boston-based law firms with global, national, and regional practices. 

Stephanie is the author of the book, Beyond the Brief: Communication Strategies for Lawyers and Legal Marketers. She graduated cum laude from Tufts University where she majored in art history. She holds a Master of Science degree in journalism from Columbia University. 

In addition to finding meaning and joy in her professional work, Stephanie is also passionate about her service on the board of the Weston Parent Teacher Organization and various committees. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen with creative baking projects. Season-dependent, and outside of the office, Stephanie can often be found spending time with her husband and two teenage boys on the golf course and cheering on her two goaltenders at the ice rink.

Analyzing the ADVs of all SEC-registered investment advisors, WMIQ and Discovery looked at AUM growth, ratio of employees to clients, ratio of advisors to clients, percentage of advisors with CFP certification, and average client account size. Qualifying firms were limited to those that provide financial planning services, have high-net-worth individuals as more than half of their client base, and manage at least $250 million in assets.
